Proseko Nexus LLC ("Proseko Nexus," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Nevada Watchboard mobile application (the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Nevada Watchboard. We are committed to protecting user privacy and limiting the collection and use of information to what is necessary to provide the App's functionality.

Account and Authentication Information

Nevada Watchboard requires users to sign in using an account that has been provisioned by an authorized administrator. The App does not allow users to independently create an account.

When a user signs in, the App transmits the user's email address and password to our server for authentication.

After successful authentication, our server issues an authentication token. The App uses this token to authenticate subsequent requests to the server during the user's session.

Authentication information is used solely to authenticate authorized users, maintain access to the App, and provide the functionality available to those users.

Information Submitted Through the App

Nevada Watchboard allows authorized users to submit information updates to our server.

Information submitted through the App is transmitted to our server for the purpose of processing and storing those updates and making the resulting information available through the App.

The type and content of information submitted depends on the functionality available to the authorized user.

Information Retrieved From the Server

The App retrieves information from our server in response to user requests and queries. This information is used to provide the functionality and information displayed within Nevada Watchboard.

Nevada Watchboard does not use or collect the following for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes:

• Device location or GPS information
• Contacts
• Photos or media from your device
• Microphone or audio recordings
• Camera data
• Advertising identifiers for advertising purposes
• Analytics or behavioral tracking information

Nevada Watchboard does not display advertisements.

The App does not currently use third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or third-party SDKs that collect user information.

Information processed through Nevada Watchboard is used to:

• Authenticate authorized users;
• Control access to App functionality;
• Maintain authorized user sessions;
• Receive and process information updates submitted by authorized users;
• Provide information requested by users through the App; and
• Maintain, operate, secure, and support the App and its associated services.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not use information collected through the App for targeted advertising or behavioral advertising.

Proseko Nexus LLC does not sell, rent, or provide users' personal information to third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

Information transmitted through Nevada Watchboard is processed by servers operated for the purpose of providing the App's services.

The App does not currently use third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or third-party SDKs that collect user information.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by Nevada Watchboard against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Information transmitted between the App and our servers is protected using appropriate security measures, including encryption in transit where supported by the applicable service configuration.

User passwords are transmitted to our server solely for authentication. Passwords are salted and cryptographically hashed before being stored, and plaintext passwords are not stored.

Authentication tokens are used to authorize subsequent requests during an authenticated session and are handled in accordance with the security configuration of the App and its associated services.

No method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, while we take reasonable measures to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and authentication information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App's services, maintain authorized user access, comply with applicable obligations, and maintain the operation and security of our systems.

Information submitted through the App may be retained as part of the application's records until it is no longer required for the operation of the service or is deleted in accordance with applicable administrative policies.

Authentication tokens are retained and used as necessary to maintain an authenticated session and are handled in accordance with the security configuration of the App and its associated services.

Accounts used by Nevada Watchboard are provisioned and managed by authorized administrators. Users cannot independently create accounts through the App.

If you are an authorized user and need your account or associated information deleted, please contact Proseko Nexus LLC using the contact information below. We will review and process deletion requests in accordance with applicable requirements and our administrative data-retention policies.

Nevada Watchboard is intended for authorized users and is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of advertising or behavioral tracking.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our information practices, or applicable requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date shown at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
